Telepathy: a complete guide and use of telepathic powers

When we think of communication, we usually refer to speaking and writing. But what about the Spirit connection? Before I much about telepathy knew, just hearing the word brought up mental images of superheroes with mystical powers.

But the truth is, you don’t need a cloak to mentally communicate with others. Telepathy is a gift we all possess – and telepathic abilities are a lot more natural than you think.

Handed down from our ancient ancestors, we all have the innate ability to connect with the consciousness of others.

My personal hope is that through this article I can help you connect to and empower your own telepathic powers.

The practices I have outlined here have certainly helped me take my own skills to the next level.

Defined the meaning of telepathy

Telepathy is the process of receiving thoughts or feelings from another person. It’s a type of extrasensory perception (ESP). Telepathy usually happens over a distance and without the use of other senses such as hearing or touch. There are different types of telepathic activity. Here are a few:

• Read: Hear or feel what’s going on in someone else’s head.
• Communication: Direct communication with another without speaking.
• Impressive : Planting something in another person’s mind. This could be a thought or a word. It could even be an image.
• Control: Influencing or controlling the actions of another person’s thoughts or actions.

To understand telepathy, one must understand our human make-up on a deeper level. As humans, we all have consciousness – the ability to be aware and to feel. It’s everything you experience.

We also have the ability to connect with the consciousness of others. This is done by aligning your own grid of consciousness with the grid of another.

Another way of thinking about this is to think about what is beneath the skin as vibratory energy. Like a radio, each of us has the ability to emit a range of frequencies.

If we can align our frequency with another’s vibration, we can communicate telepathically. We no longer need the other senses as we have a direct connection.

A common example that we often hear about is twins being able to communicate without speaking. You can finish each other’s sentences or know immediately when the other is sad or hurt.

There are many studies on twin telepathy, but most of the evidence that such power exists comes from personal accounts rather than science.

I remember reading an amazing story in 2009 about a twin who saved their sister after receiving a telepathic message that she was in distress. 15-year-old Gemma Houghten described it as a “sixth sense”.

She had been downstairs when she suddenly felt a sense of fear. She felt something was wrong with her sister and went to check on her.

What she found was her twin, Leanne, who was unconscious in the bathtub and suffering from a seizure. Luckily Gemma was able to pull her out of the water and perform CPR.

Why do twins seem to connect more easily on a telepathic level? There are a number of different theories, one of the most plausible being that twins have similar grids of consciousness.

Since they were born vibrating at the same (or almost) the same level, they don’t need to fine-tune their radios to connect. They are already on the same station. But what does that mean for the rest of us?

For one, it means telepathy is possible, which I think is a very strong win. Even if that means that we ‘singles’ have to work just a little bit harder to connect through the Spirit than those who have shared one womb with another, the fact that it’s possible is tantamount to that so can we.

It also means that telepathy is far more intrinsic than thought. If you dig a little deeper, you may find signs that you already have telepathic powers.

Signs that you have telepathic powers

If you are old enough to read this article, you have probably had many different telepathic experiences. There’s a really fine line between what’

When I started writing this article, I started giving a little introduction on how although I know a lot about telepathy I haven’t honed this skill myself.

But once I started typing, a flood of personal childhood experiences came back to me. Things that I thought of as luck then are clearly telepathic connections now.

One such experience involved a man who I am sure had very bad intentions. I was about eight years old and most of my summer days consisted of riding my bike down a gravel road across from my house.

My friends lived at the end of this street and playing with them was the highlight of my day.

The night before this particular experience, I had a dream that a man in a white car was planning to kidnap me. It wasn’t uncommon for me to have nightmares, but this dream was quite intense and associated with very strong feelings.

The next morning, still a bit uneasy, I walked out my front door to get on my bike. What do you think was parked at the end of the dirt road directly across from my house?

If you guessed the same white car, you’re right. I didn’t stay here to find out if my dream was right. I made it high tailed indoors instead.

Now, you might be thinking, how is this telepathy related? First, I wanted to point out that children are better able to use their telepathic abilities than adults because they naturally trust their instincts.

When you let go and trust your gut, you can better connect to the frequencies of others, those who mean well and those who don’t.

Telepathy and Dreams

Also, telepathy often happens when we’re dreaming, since our sleep time is when our brainwaves are at a frequency that really allows for data flow. Although we think of time as linear, it’s really not that simple.

If you know much about the Akashic Records, then you know that there is a collection of all human events.

Every thought, every spoken word, every felt emotion and intention in the past, present or future takes place here. When I dreamed about the possible kidnapper, it happened in real time.

Other signs of telepathic abilities

Here are some other signs that you have telepathic powers.

You feel a sensation in your third eye

Are you prone to headaches or sensations in the area? middle of your forehead? Believe it or not, this can be a sign of telepathic abilities. Her

is part of your chakra system and is located between your eyebrows.

Tingling or tightness in this area is usually due to one of two things: your third eye is expanding or you are absorbing telepathic energy. If this happens to you, don’t be afraid. As you improve your skills, these sensations usually subside.

You are really empathetic

Telepathy and empathy are often intertwined.

Empathy is the ability to understand and relate to the feelings of others

. Telepathy, on the other hand, is more connected to the minds of others.

Another difference is that empaths typically receive, while those who are telepathic can also transmit. What begins as empathic gifts can often be expanded into telepathic gifts as one develops.

You feel close to the spirit world

Gifted people are often drawn to spirituality long before they realize the power they possess. This is because your consciousness knows the truth of your being even if you are not yet fully awakened.

Do you always know when someone is telling you a half-truth? Telepathic people can usually sense when those they are communicating with say things are not right. Whether they realize it or not, their inner thoughts give them away.

Once you’ve honed your telepathy abilities, you’ll start capturing thoughts directly. This can be similar to clairaudience. You can “hear” or “just know” the thoughts. In any case, telepathy allows you to know what others are thinking.

You can send messages to others

Telepathy isn’t just about hearing the thoughts of others. It also means being able to implant messages into the minds of others. Some people even go so far as to implant messages. But of course that takes a little practice.

How to (further) develop telepathic powers

Like most psychic abilities, building your ability to send and receive messages mentally is similar to building muscle. Without guidance, the process can seem overwhelming. If you’re looking for steps to develop telepathic powers, these are a good place to start:

1. Learn to meditate

A solid meditation practice is one of the best ways to gain telepathic abilities. Contrary to popular belief, meditation is much more than sitting cross-legged and chanting “Om”.

Meditation is the process of training your mind to focus. This is also one of the best ways to learn to redirect your thoughts.
