Step by step

  1. Leave the shrimp and hake to dry so that the water does not remain in the sauce;
  2. Meanwhile, make a round cut on the top of the pumpkin and clean the pumpkin, removing the seeds;
  3. Place the top that was removed and take the pumpkin to the microwave for 30 minutes;
  4. Remove some of the pumpkin pulp and reserve it for the sauce;
  5. In a pan, put the oil and garlic until golden, add the onion and peppers with the cilantro and sauté;
  6. Add the tomato sauce, cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes;
  7. After waiting, add the pumpkin pulp that was removed and stir;
  8. Cover the pan and leave for another 5 minutes on the fire;
  9. Add the hake fillet and the shrimp;
  10. Dissolve the wheat flour in the broth of the water that came out of the shrimp and hake and place the mixture in the pan;
  11. Stir the ingredients and leave for 5 minutes on low heat with the pan covered;
  12. Add the cream, mix the ingredients and turn off the heat;
  13. Put the cottage cheese inside the moranga, add the stuffing and take it to the oven for fixings!
