The fitness mom started working out to lose the weight she gained during pregnancy and bet on the personal trainer BBG (Bikini Body Guide) Kayla Itness as a weight loss exercise guide. Today, she shares her routine on her profile on Instagram @ActivelyRessbut says something that shocks a lot of people (and gives some relief too!): she doesn’t love her workouts!
In the caption she wrote, “Being fitness is not my passion or a natural calling. Although I don’t mind to sweat a little bit every day, I don’t really love working out, but how I feel after workouts.”
