False nail care

“Not cleaning your nails before or after applying false models can pose major risks to your health across the board. After all, it is the cracks present in the nails that can lead to widespread and dangerous infections, as false nails muffle the environment.

Furthermore, those who are prone to allergic attacks, or have illnesses such as diabetes, cannot use them, with the risk of worsening their illnesses,” said the Graces website.

And the doctors are alert. “Yellowish nails, mycoses and accumulation of fungi can be the result of poor application, maintenance and removal of so-called nail prostheses”, said dermatologist Octavio Moraes Junior in an interview with the website Minha Vida. “Using them to hide imperfections or illnesses will only make the problem worse, as the nails will not receive adequate treatment”, added the professional.

To avoid weakening your natural nail, give it a “rest”. The recommended interval between adhesive applications is 15 to 30 days. Use strengthening foundation, cut the length and invest in hand moisturizers.
