Scissor push-up: the exercise that defines arms, legs and abs –

To get out of the basic movements, ballet fitness combined the two exercises (plank + push-up) and created the scissor push-up, a movement that works the biceps, triceps, dorsal and abdomen – all at the same time. It’s time to shine on stage!

A. Place your hands on the floor, shoulder-width apart, and bend your arms. The instep of the feet is also supported on the ground, with the legs extended. Contract your abs and lift your butt a little, keeping your back straight. B. Straighten your arms as you bring your feet toward your hands. Remember to contract your core to make the move. 3 x 4 to 8 repetitions.
