Sequence
Draw circles from the hairline to between the eyebrows. Halfway between the hairline and the eyebrows, press in circles. Next to the tear duct, on the nasal septum, make circular movements with your thumb. At the end of the eyebrow, next to the temple, draw outward circles with your middle finger. A little lower, at the outer corner of the eye, trace outward circles with your middle finger, without taking it off the skin. Under the eye, press in circles with your index finger. Press under the cheekbone at the level of the nostrils. Between the nose and the lip, press in circles. Describe small circles under the lip. Gently press in circles over the jaw joint.
