Reflexologist Teaches 2-Minute Foot Massage That Can Help You Sleep Like a Rock

Massage the top of the foot, moving towards the toes, pressing all the supporting regions. Repeat this movement several times.

Massage the midfoot. To do this, press the foot with your thumb, from side to side in a circular motion. Repeat at least 3 times.

Gently pull each toe. Start with the big toe and move to the little toe. Repeat several times. You can also massage the area between your toes.

Step 7

You need to find the highest point of the ankle on the inside of the leg. Count 4 fingers wide from this point. Now press behind the bone and massage in a circular motion for 5 seconds. Pregnant women should avoid pressing this point.

You need to lie on your back and bend your knees. Catch the foot with your hand and curl your toes. Apply pressure to the depression formed by the foot and massage in circular motions. Repeat with the other foot.
