Ingredients

1 wholemeal tortilla (Rap 10 type) 1 large iceberg lettuce leaf Herbs and spices (oregano, basil, cayenne pepper) to taste 2 tbsp. (soup) grated carrot 2 col. (soup) cooked and shredded chicken breast 1 col. (soup) skimmed curd 1 col. (soup) of balsamic vinegar

Way of doing

Place the lettuce on the tortilla and season with the herbs. On top, spread the carrot already mixed with the shredded chicken and the curd. Roll up in the shape of a wrap.

Yield: 1 portion.
