The popular highly aromatic Yogi Tea is a tea-infused drink with various spices, the combination of which is based on the Indian holistic healing art of Ayurveda. According to this teaching, various spices support the three vital energies vata, pitta and kapha, that govern the functioning of the organism. Whether you identify with the teachings of Ayurveda and its traditional background or not, this infusion is delicious and brings true well-being to body and soul.
Instead of buying the drink already prepared in bags to infuse, it is worth making a good amount of mixture at home to always have it on hand in the cupboard. Making it yourself is very simple and it will not only save you money, but you will help to avoid unnecessary packaging and you will also be able to give it your personal note.
