Prayer to Our Lady of Fátima for protection and grace

A prayer Our Lady of Fatima asks for protection, graces and assistance from one of the invocations attributed to the Virgin Mary. The saint is celebrated on May 13th and had its origins in the apparitions received by three shepherd children, in Fátima, Portugal.

Our Lady of Fatima Prayer: consecration

“O Virgin of Fatima, Mother of mercy, Queen of Heaven and Earth, refuge of sinners, we consecrate ourselves to Your Immaculate Heart. We consecrate our heart, our soul, our family and everything that belongs to us. And for this consecration to be truly effective and lasting, today we renew the promises of our baptism and confirmation, committing ourselves, once again, to live as good Christians, faithful to God, the Church and its head, the Pope. . We want to pray the rosary, participate in the Eucharist, give due importance to the practice of the first Saturdays of the month and work for the conversion of sinners. We further promise, O Most Holy Virgin, to be zealous for Your blessed worship, in order to hasten, with our consecration to Your Immaculate Heart and through Your intercession, the advent of the kingdom of Jesus in the world. Amen.”

O my good Jesus, forgive us, free us from the fires of hell, take all souls to heaven and help especially those who need it most.

“Lady of Fátima, loving Mother of all who suffer in body and soul. Take care of the health of your children, alleviate the pain and illnesses that afflict us, disconcerting and weakening us. Ask your beloved Son, who healed so many sick people along the paths of his time, to have compassion on us, to be our strength. May our suffering be for Him. May God give us health to always serve Him, to take care of each other. But above all and always, the will of God the Father be done, who cares for us with infinite love and incomparable tenderness. Take us by the hands, dear Mother, and lead us to Jesus.
