If someone told you that there is something you can do to make sure your relationship lasts a lifetime and that it would only take you five minutes a day, would you do it? Well, pray together every day, that’s all!

Relationship is not just a couple, but a trinity. The third person is God and we have to allow Him to be an integral part of this union so that it is healthy.

There are many wonderful ways to pray, but I offer a transforming prayer for couples that I hope you will consider.

Remember to pray slowly, holding hands or holding hands and looking into each other’s eyes during prayer. Can do it! And don’t be afraid to talk to each other before or, better yet, after praying together. Just talk for the sake of talking and be there for each other.

I suggest that, during prayer, couples try to remember the first time they saw each other. He or she remains the same person.

The prayer that transforms relationships:

Dear Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit! Thank you for the deep gift of love. Thank you for the magnificent gift that is my (my) girlfriend/wife, whom Your perfect providence has planned for me from all eternity. Allow me to always treat him/her with royalty, with all the honor, respect and dignity he/she deserves.

Help me, my Lord, to be generous in my relationship, to give my (my) girlfriend/wife (o) everything, without hiding anything, without expecting anything in return, acknowledging and thanking her (him) for everything. do for me and for our lives.

Please strengthen and protect our relationship as well as all others. Help us to pray together every day. Allow us to trust You every day the way You deserve. Please make our relationship fruitful and open to his will. Help us build a strong, secure, loving and faith-filled family.

Dear (spouse’s name): I promise that I will always love you and be faithful, I will never abandon you, I would give my life for you. With God and with you in my life I have everything. Thank you, Jesus, in Your name. Amen.

The world needs the testimonies of strong and beautiful relationships. We must create a culture that encourages marriage and family. These words should be spoken with reverence: Relationship, being courtship, marriage and family are sacred sacraments of God’s priceless Love for the world.

“So what God has joined together, let not man put asunder.” (Mark 10, 9-10)

Never allow any person or anything less than you to separate you. God is with you, God is love, marriage is love and love endures in everything that comes, its end will not come (Read Corinthians 13, 7-8).

Let us be grateful to God for the gift of our spouse, we are called to be one now and for eternity.
