Parmigiana cauliflower recipe –

Ingredients

3 units of mini frozen French bread (suggestion: the Taeq bread)
1 organic cauliflower
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika (sweet)
parsley to taste
1 cup tomato sauce (tea)
60g thickly grated light mozzarella
Basil leaves to taste

Prepair

1. Place the buns on a baking sheet and bake them in a preheated oven (200˚C) until lightly golden.
two. Let it cool and pass them in the processor until you get a breadcrumbs. Reserve.
3. Cut the cauliflower into 4 slices and season the slices on both sides with olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
4. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven (200˚C) for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Remove from the oven and, over each slice, distribute a little sauce, splash the mozzarella and return to the oven until the cheese melts.
6. Decorate with basil leaves and serve immediately.

Yield: 4 servings

Oven time: 40 minutes
