Numerology Report: How to Calculate Your Expression Number

Your phrase number is based on the letters of the full name you were given at birth. Just write that name down (including any middle names) and assign each letter a number using the instructions below.

Next, add your first name numbers. Follow the same process for your first and last names (given at birth) until you reduce them to a single digit. If you have a single digit for each name, add up all of those single digits and then add them until you’ve reduced them to just a single digit number. This is your numerological expression number!
