“Lord of infinite Power and Kindness, help me to remove from my mind all the negative and depressing thoughts that are lodged there, fruits of my condition of being imperfect. Ideas of revenge, inferior moral thoughts, pessimistic reasoning and selfishness, be removed from my mind like dry leaves that fall from the trees and are carried away by the wind. I also ask that you help me remove all inferior feelings from my chest, such as hurt, sadness, loneliness and lack of love, and evaporate them into the air like smoke and carry them away.

May my emotional imbalances, the result of nervousness, lack of patience, anxiety and stress, be corrected, aiming for a new harmony in my being. May all diseases lodged in my body have their disease mechanism interrupted, and may my organic defense system begin a strong process of recovering my health.

And so, My Heavenly Father, with Your blessings and the luminous and healing energies of Your missionaries, may I receive the best energetic vibrations through this morning pass, and may these vibrations come in the form of uplifting ideas of optimism and joy, and strengthen me for forgiveness, patience and serenity to resolve my problems and trials.
