Am Teresa Moronobiologist, and I have trained for 5 years in the program of the Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn, as a professor of MBSR at the Mindfulness Center of the University of Massachusetts and Brown University (USA).

Now I dedicate myself to teaching Mindfulness techniques to help people manage their emotionsbe more aware of the present moment and lead a fuller and happier life.

It is a practice as old as humanity. It was already used in the contemplative traditions of the East and has been recovered by Dr. Kabat-Zinn as Mindfulness.

What are the keys to Mindfulness?

You have to learn to meditate. This involves training in simple meditation techniques and learning to live mindfully in everyday life (eating, walking, working…). We live in “do mode” and we get hooked on thoughts. This causes us stress and anxiety.
