To go to bed and have you come to my thoughts. In feeling happiness when smelling your cologne. In smiling because suddenly great memories come to me.

I know that without all that love would not be love, it would be nothing. Because this is what reflects that we love each other and, above all, that we know each other. Love is that adventure of getting to know yourself and your partner every dayin the small details, reinventing what the relationship is and means.

Let’s not demand so much from love

We tend to have too high expectations regarding love. Expectations that cloud it, dirty it and make such a beautiful feeling transform into pain and suffering. Love is in the small details. In that kiss, caress or hug that is given every day. In those looks that are dedicated.

It doesn’t take much to show how much we love someone. Okay, yes interest and desire are needed. Sometimes we demand a lot, but give little. Other times we believe that loving is enough. But, that love must be taken care of, fed every day, watered and given due attention.

Let’s begin to take more into account all those moments in daily life where love is in the small details that we do not realize. Let’s value them. Because that’s where the true magic of love lies.

You don’t need someone perfect or someone who can give you many things. Love must be taken care of, however that does not have to involve a very big effort. Let it flow and appreciate the small details.
