love is a decision

Most people think love is a feeling, well it really is a feeling, but not only that, it’s also a decision.

Everyone knows how difficult it can be to make a decision. Sometimes we can’t decide what movie to watch on Netflix or what flavor of pizza to order. Then imagine the decision to love. Loving someone who will never be perfect, knowing that both will make mistakes in thousands of moments and with that they will end up hurting each other, so how to keep that decision knowing these “little” details?

Even though I know it’s hard, I can’t imagine a world in which there is no love, I will always choose love, yes that love for someone imperfect. It is in these cases that the human being cannot apply his dear reason. Chemistry says that love is nothing but natural chemical reactions of the brain, but everyone knows that love is nowhere near just that.

Have you ever tried to explain or understand why you love a certain person? We talk about the characteristics we admire in the person, little things they do (things that only you can notice), but even so, you are aware of the flaws and quirks of the person in question. I may not have mentioned any names, but have you thought of someone and tell me if there’s any reason why you thought of that person? No, it doesn’t and that’s what leaves men and women lost in the area of ​​love.

You know the decision to love is serious, because it needs to be constant and very consciously. Loving is a verb based on this assumption is an action that needs dedication and attention.

I leave a piece of advice for those who believe in love: If you have feelings for someone, admire their qualities and support their flaws, a person who makes you better, goes there and overcomes fear, it’s not because some have hurt you that that person will too. Men are not all the same, women are not all the same. Go and live this love!
