Lidl's exfoliating vitamin that eliminates blackheads and clogged pores on the face

It seems like an endless struggle between women and pimples on the skin of their face and body. Even when adolescence has long passed, we often encounter this problem. Pimples that appear on the face, clogged pores that become inflamed and make us feel uncomfortable every day.

The causes can be many, although it is usually a problem that especially affects those with combination skin. Excessive sebum production, especially in the T zone, can facilitate pore inflammation and the appearance of pimples. If it is not a dermatological problem, here is how we can eliminate pimples at home.

It may seem trivial, but good skin care can work wonders. It is essential to remove all smog residue and makeup products before going to bed. Using a gentle foaming cleanser instead of the soap we use to wash our bodies is equally important. Exfoliating treatments that promote skin regeneration are another help. But it is not necessary to undergo expensive treatments at the beautician, we can create a homemade mask.

How to prepare an exfoliating mask at home

A good exfoliating mask can contain several ingredients, including a fine-grained one to act as an exfoliant. In order not to irritate the skin too much, we use fine salt that has fine grains. In a bowl we put one or two teaspoons of salt, a little green clay and a drop of water. Next, we add a couple of drops of liquid retinol, or a retinol cream, which you can find in any Lidl supermarket. Retinol is a derivative of vitamin A and has exfoliating and antioxidant properties. We stir until it has a fluid consistency and apply it to the skin. Apply the mask with circular movements and after a few minutes rinse with warm water. We finish by applying a light moisturizing cream.

Lastly, it is very important to trace the causes that can cause inflammation of the pores and related pimples. We often think about stress, poor diet or hormonal problems, it's true. But sometimes the culprit can be a common object that we use every day. We refer to the makeup brush, or more generally to the applicator such as the sponge. These objects are not sufficiently disinfected and could be contaminated with bacteria. It is better to wash them often to rule out the causes and say nothing more about inflamed pimples, even under the skin.

So, the time has come to say goodbye to the pimples and clogged pores that plague us every day. If we can't solve the problem with exfoliation and moisturizing, it may be time to consult a dermatologist. When pimples continue to appear in adulthood, there can be several causes.
