Letting go is not easy, but sometimes it is necessary.

Today was an unusual day. I decided to move things around. Not in the house, I’m too lazy to make a mess and put everything back together again. But in life.

Lots of stuff clogged up in my thoughts, messed up feelings and an unusual disorder in my heart. And it’s all your fault. His because he caused me a mess without me expecting it, because he left and didn’t give me previous explanations, because he swore eternal love when in fact he dresses up in momentary loves.

I search here, rearrange there, a few torn up letters and to my hopes, I realize that things can’t stay exactly as they are. The mess is intense. But I cannot live in this disorder. All this is making me a little confused — I confess!

I looked at myself in the mirror, took a deep breath and decided to change. It’s time to start over, there are some things that when they leave our life, it’s not loss, it’s deliverance.

That girl who spent days locked in her room crying, will no longer exist. Now in my being will dwell a well resolved woman. I grew, suffered and matured. I decided that I only want people in my life who do me good, I decided not to live on crumbs of love.

Now I’m free, light and loose. Ready to meet new people, fall in love and love. Despite everything, I didn’t give up on love, I know that no matter how confusing and difficult it is, love is worth it.
