Jade Picon, who will star in the next 9pm telenovela on TV Globo, “Travessia”, written by Gloria Perez, likes to share her personal life, including her physical activity routine.

The influencer also usually shows her followers the results of her training and balanced diet, showing off her toned abdomen. This Tuesday, September 6, she decided to enjoy the beach at Barra da Tijuca, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro, and showed off her six-pack in a blue bikini and jean shorts.

In her Instagram profile, Leo Picon’s sister made a point of registering the tour and published photos that show her cracked belly.

In addition to a balanced diet, to achieve the belly, the influencer has been taking boxing classes with her partner on the scene, Grazi Massafera.
