Illness, death, old age, losses, money, setbacks, disasters and accidents present the same problems to all people equally. Many of them manage to escape the discouragement and despondency that immobilizes them and the bitterness when facing complicated situations, while many others collapse, consider themselves dejected and collapse. The most intelligent humans, and the most difficult to find, are those who do not measure happiness by the absence of problems.

In any difficult moment in life, we must trust in our emotional capacity to take charge of ourselves and radically choose our way of feeling in the face of anger, fear, pain, hatred, etc. Ultimately choosing the personal attitude that we must adopt towards destiny. Life may not be a bed of roses, but as long as we are faithful to our inner freedom, WE will be EXCLUSIVELY the owners and responsible for modifying the pain generated by the thorns.
