On the clothesline, avoid clothespins that can cause undesirable marks on the ends of the pieces, just place the piece inside out on the clothesline, without clothespins;
When ironing, carefully read the label recommendation to use the ideal temperature for the type of fabric;
Another trick to keep black clothes from fading is to add a little salt or vinegar during the wash and rinse. There are special products to maintain the color, but vinegar or salt are always available in any kitchen;
Some products suggested to facilitate washing are: prewash – removes stains, liquid soap and fabric softeners – used sparingly, adhesive roller for removing hair and polka dots;
The preference for liquid soap is suggested to avoid stains on clothes;
To remove hair or animal fur from black clothing, it is recommended to use a dishwashing sponge, which has not yet been used in the kitchen or which you use only for this purpose. Pass the rougher side over the piece, making circular movements and being careful not to cause damage;
Do not use a razor and stiletto to remove hair and balls from clothes. If you don’t have an adhesive roller, you can do something similar. Just roll some masking tape in your hand, leaving the surface with glue to the outside, and press the tape against the clothing, sticking and ungluing to remove white balls and lint.
