Repeat 30 times, counting 10 while standing, 10 while sitting, and 10 while lying down. Do this exercise 3 times a day, which will result in 90 contractions a day. Make sure your bladder is empty before doing the exercise. And since no one notices you’re exercising, you can do these moves during your daily routine.

7. Exercise for your liver
