Method of preparation

Place the pineapple and honey over medium heat and cook until dry (about 15 minutes). Grind half the pineapple in the processor until smooth and let it cool. Using a mixer, beat the cream cheese with condensed milk for 2 minutes. Without beating, add the whipped cream and gently beaten pineapple. Place in a jar with a lid and place in the freezer for about 4 hours or until it hardens. Serve with the golden pineapple cubes, the pineapple flower and, if desired, with biscuit crumbs and pineapple syrup with honey.

On the microwave plate lined with absorbent paper, distribute some pineapple slices, without overlapping them. Bake on high heat for 6 minutes, opening the door every 2 minutes. Remove the paper and return to the microwave for another 2 minutes, opening the door halfway through.

Cook the pineapple and honey over medium heat, without stirring, until it reduces and forms a thick syrup (about 10 minutes). Add the cachaça and let it boil for 2 minutes (yields 150 ml). Use cold.

1 cup (tea) of sugar half a cup (tea) of hot water 1 pineapple in slices
Pasta
100 g of butter 1 box of cream 3 eggs 2 cups (tea) of sugar 1 and a half cups of whole milk 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Method of preparation
Syrup
In a wide-bottomed pan, melt the sugar until golden. Add the hot water and stir with a long-handled spoon. Let it boil until the sugar lumps dissolve and the syrup thickens. In two English cake molds (11 x 28 x 8 cm) greased with butter, pour the syrup and distribute the pineapple slices. Reserve.
Pasta
In a mixer, beat the butter with the cream, eggs and sugar until creamy. Turn off the mixer, add the milk, sifted flour and baking powder and mix until smooth. Pour the dough over the fruit and bake in a preheated medium-high oven (200°C) for around 30 minutes or until golden. Leave to cool and unmold. Wait for it to cool and serve.
