Valentina Herszage as Hebe Camargo (young)

At the age of 22, the actress faced the challenge of representing the diva from 1943 to 1954, right at the beginning of her career. Valentina says that she was happy to know that she would sing in the film, as she started in musical theater and can sing and dance well. She says she found the role interesting, as Hebe was an independent woman who wanted to be an artist at a time when women were expected to be housewives.

Andréa Beltrão as Hebe Camargo (adult)

The protagonist of the film and series lived the presenter from 1965 to 2012. At this stage, Hebe is already the great star of Brazilian TV and has the look that marked her, with blonde hair and lots of jewelry. Marco Ricca as Lélio Ravagnani (second and last husband)

Marco says that, to prepare for this role, he had to go back to his origins in São Paulo and to the Italian roots of Lélio, who was a descendant of immigrants. According to him, Hebe’s last husband was a typical paulistano, spoke with his hands, was rich and a playboy. Still, he says that the couple, who were married for almost 30 years, had an intense relationship, with a lot of love, but also with some conflicts.

Danton Mello as Cláudio Pessutti (the presenter’s nephew and manager)

In addition to being a nephew and a businessman, Cláudio was also a great friend of Hebe and helped her at various points in her life and career. Danton says that she had the opportunity to develop the character directly with him, talking several times with Cláudio himself. In addition, the actor revealed that he put his love, admiration and respect for Andréa Beltrão to give veracity to the role and convey the affection that Cláudio had for Hebe.

Caio Horowicz as Marcello Camargo (Hebe’s only child)

The actor revealed that it was a great responsibility to play a living person and that Marcello has an admirable history. For him, Hebe’s son was always very mature and worried about his mother’s happiness, imagining how complicated it must have been to have such a famous figure in the house. Still, Caio says that he realized that there were some conflicts between them, but that love was much greater than any disagreement.

Gabriel Braga Nunes as Décio Capuano (first husband)

Hebe met her first husband when she was already a famous and established presenter on Brazilian television, in the 1960s. However, although they got along very well, Décio expected his wife to play a more domestic role, as was customary at the time. This went against Hebe’s artistic vein and they went their separate ways. Gabriel says he chose to take a human approach to the character and avoid stereotypes. He also says that he always wanted to work with Andréa Beltrão and that he was twice in the Hebe Program, in the 1990s.

Fabiana Gugli as Marília Gabriela

Marília Gabriela was a longtime friend of Hebe and made a famous interview portrayed in the series. On the occasion, the diva spoke about her personal life, her career and the treatment she faced, and they laughed a lot. Daniel Boaventura as Silvio Santos

Daniel has already starred in a remarkable scene in Programa da Hebe, when he kissed the presenter instead of the traditional peck, in addition to having sung with her in the recording show of Hebe’s DVD. The actor also reveals an unusual story of how he met Hebe: “I was about twenty years old, my car stopped at a red light and I was ‘staring’ at the woman in the back seat.
