The work was written by the also Colombian, Fernando Gaitán, and tells the story of an intelligent and dreamy young woman who works as a secretary in a company in the fashion industry. Despite being competent in her role, she suffers from judgments due to her physical appearance, which collides with the expectations of beauty imposed by society. With its success, the Colombian telenovela ended up in the Book of Records and was considered a milestone in the history of world TV, being exported to other countries and gaining several adaptations around the world, including in Brazil.
