Highly Sensitive People: characteristics and signs of a PAS

What is PAS?

The term PAS was coined in the 1990s by psychologist Elaine Aron and refers to a special neurosensory sensitivity which present, according to various studies, between 15 and 20% of the population.

The PAS perceive the signals of the senses with a greater intensity than the rest of the population. It is not a psychological disorder, but a trait of special perception and interpretation of sensory signals.
