Gluten-free and natural fermentation baguette bread (or your preference); Standard mines cheese; 2 heads of garlic; 1/2 small white or red onion; Oil; Salt and black pepper.

Method of preparation

To start, preheat the oven to medium temperature. Meanwhile, cut a cap on the garlic heads and the onion in half, drizzle them generously with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Wrap everything in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven until soft. Then remove from the oven and let it cool down a bit.

Remove the garlic cloves from the heads and place them in a food processor along with the onion. Add more salt and pepper to taste and process until smooth.

Cut the baguette bread in half horizontally. Spread the garlic and onion paste over the bread halves and then grate the standard Minas cheese over the top, covering the entire surface.

Place the bread in the preheated oven again – or on the grill – and bake until the cheese is melted and lightly browned. Remove and serve hot.
