Find out where the largest building in Brazil will be, with almost 300 meters

The city of Balneário Camburiú, on the coast of Santa Catarina, will receive two twin towers that, when ready, will be the largest in Latin America. The development has two towers with 271.4 meters in height called Yachthouse Residence Club and distributed in 81 floors each. On site, an apartment can reach R$ 14 million, according to brokers.

The development is only behind the Torre Costanera, located in Santiago, Chile, which is 300 meters high. However, the Chilean tower has occupancy only on 62 floors and even the viewpoint, located 261 meters high. The rest is the complement. That is, andn occupation, the Brazilian building will be 10 meters in front of the Chilean tower. Called the ‘Brazilian Dubai’, the city of Balneário Camburiú already has tall towers, and will soon have seven of the ten tallest buildings in Brazil.

Despite being very large, the Brazilian twin towers have only a third of the Burj Khalifa, located in Dubai, recognized as the tallest building in the world, with 829.8 meters and 163 floors.
