Homemade wholemeal bread recipe

Performance: approximately 10 slices of 40g.

Ingredients:

3 cups whole wheat flour (tea)
2 cups oat bran (tea)
10g (one sachet) dry yeast
2 eggs
2 tablespoons organic brown sugar
2 cups of vegetable drink
2⁄3 cup olive oil (tea)
1 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation:

In a large bowl, mix the flour and yeast. Warm up the vegetable drink for two minutes to make it lukewarm (it cannot be hot so as not to harm the yeasts in the yeast).

In the blender, beat the warm vegetable drink, the eggs, the sugar, the oil and the salt. Then add the liquid with the flour. Mix well and let rest for 1 hour.

Grease a loaf pan with butter and flour or use a silicone mold. Pour the mixture and brush a beaten egg yolk over the dough. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.
