Escondidinho healthy: see the recipe –

Healthy = bland? Think again. Below, we separate a delicious recipe for escondidinho pasta for you to enjoy. For the stuffing, we suggest vegetables, but you can opt for shredded chicken or dried meat, if you prefer.

HEALTHY VEGETABLE HIDDEN

Ingredients:

3 eggs;
1 cup of natural yogurt without lactose;
2 tablespoons of olive oil;
1 cup of oat flour;
1/2 cup rolled oats;
1/2 spoon (coffee) of turmeric powder;
1/2 spoon (of coffee) of pink salt;
Pepper black to taste;
1 spoon (dessert) of yeast;
Sesame to taste;
Vegetable filling of your choice (or whatever filling you prefer).

Mix the eggs with the yogurt;

Add olive oil, oat flour and rolled oats;

Then add the turmeric powder, pink salt, pepper black and baking soda;

After that mix it up;

Forre the bottom of a platter with the stuffing of your preference;

Cover with mixture;

Finish with sesame;

Medium oven for 25 min.
