Method of preparation

Cut the dates in half and remove the pits. Mix the whey, the chestnut paste with cocoa and the water and stir until you reach a watery consistency. Take small portions of the dough and stuff the dates. Then place half a strawberry on top of each one. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and finish by placing it on top of the fruit as you prefer.

Tip: You can replace the strawberries with another fruit of your choice, but remember to choose one that is not too sweet to balance the flavor.
