Café Cherie: we visited the pink café in São Paulo –

Café Cherie, opened in October 2019, came about when the sisters Cici and Ana Carolina Navarro, founders of the premium lab coat brand Dra. Cherie, saw outside Brazil a trend of large international brands creating their own restaurant presenting an exclusive experience with their DNA. So, they decided to invest in this business model in Brazil.

“We already had the Dr. Cherie. Café Cherie emerged as part of a proposal to expand this relationship and experience. We leased the first space, attached to the store located in Jardins, in São Paulo, already
with the intention of making coffee.”, highlights Cici Navarro.

INSTAGRAMABLE UNIVERSE

It is very likely that you have already seen photos of influencers there.

The brand Dr. Cherie, from the beginning, had the color pink very evident in all her communication, and when the Café Cherie project was thought of, it could not be different, since it is an extension of the label, making the color the great protagonist of the space.

The members believe in a world of roses, that is, of good attitudes, blooming with good intentions and a very welcoming tone — every Monday, the Good News bulletin is published in the Café stories, a news letter only with news good ones, which are then printed on the table mat, as a way of inspiring customers to look at the world in a more positive way.

In addition, there are instagrammable and customer interaction points such as a swing in the middle of the restaurant and messages on the signs that say “All We need is love… and Coffee” and “About Love. About Coffee. About Us”.

MENU

The menu is full of delicious dishes with vegan options, offering a varied proposal for breakfast, brunch or even lunch. Omelettes and yogurts, even salads and pasta are available. In homage to the space, Pink Latte Cherie is served, a pink coffee that has already become a sensation, in addition to other products in the same color.

CAFÉ CHERIE + VITAMIN YOURSELF

Currently, Café Cherie signs a partnership with Vitamine-se, a health, beauty and well-being brand. The aim is to promote healthy options for the routine of its customers.

Bringing together the Café’s flagships, the menu selection includes the new Beauty Fresh & Berry (R$21.00) – a classic Italian soda, with the addition of a collagen booster in the pink lemonade flavor; Hibiscus Ginger & Beauty (R$18.00), which takes a mixture of hibiscus tea with an extra touch of collagen and super fresh ginger foam – which are complementary to skin health –, in addition to Citrus Fresh & Healthy Balance (R $23.00), refreshing drink based on multi-fiber in orange, ginger and honey flavor.

Among the options, the Immunity Boost shot (R$7.00), made with lemon, ginger and honey with vitamin B12, is ideal for stimulating energy that lasts throughout the day. For those with a sweeter palate, the partnership has protein Milk Shakes in the flavors of chocolate with chocolate crispys, caramel with fleur de sel blended with coffee and coconut with fruit chips.

Finally, snacks include the delicious Pink Tapioca & Peanut Butter (R$38.00), which has banana, strawberry and whole-grain peanut butter, and the Good Day Pancake pancake with honey, sugar-free chocolate sauce, strawberry and blueberry.
