A text for you not to give up

Your problem, child, is that you always had everything in your hand and now you have to work hard to get what you want. Or, in the other bias that you told me, you need to let time act and understand that not everything is resolved overnight. The mess that sometimes sets in is big, but we need to make do with it.

Try even harder. When you think the goal needs more study, dedicate even more time to it. Optimize your time, focus rationally, just don’t say that word anymore. Words have enough power to break people’s minds. It weakens, makes the legs wobbly and, finally, takes all the courage to follow.

You are forbidden to say that you will give up on your dreams.

And about love – oh girl – I don’t have much more to say than that “repentance has a special place for those who waste love”. Saying that the feeling is not for you just because someone didn’t know how to love you is to generalize something that is done in your own exception. Not all people are willing to surrender. Not everyone learns the value of trust. Love is for the rare.

I understand when you complain about pain. Empathy exists, you know? I’ve been through these same places that you go through today and I know that I may also end up coming back. And that’s why I tell you: it’s not the end of the world. Faced with a “no” or ending something that was thought to be strong enough to last – or even both together, is painful. Still, it doesn’t kill.

It just mistreats.

And yet, we survive. You learn to see a different side of life: that of a fresh start. Among the rubble of the feelings and wills that remained, you get enough strength to get back on your feet. You discover that every time you get up you have to come back stronger. And we come back. And don’t give up. And don’t die.

On the contrary, he decides to live even longer.
