7 Things That Would Happen If Disney Movies Were Set In The Real World

In the universe of children’s tales, filled with talking animals, enchanted beings and princes on horses, life would certainly gain a good dose of magic – even with an evil stepmother trying to end all the fun. But what would the stories of princesses and other famous animation characters be like if they lived in the real world?

We, from incredible.club, we decided to unleash the imagination! We’ve recreated seven unforgettable scenes from classic Disney movies, adding a healthy dose of realism. Without a fairy godmother to help, could the characters live happily ever after? Follow!

1. Cinderella

Cinderella had a hard time at the hands of a cruel stepmother. Disowned also by her half-sisters, Cinderella was forced to do all the housework alone. Luckily for her, however, she could count on the help of the animals in the kingdom, especially the mice that lived through the holes in the walls.

Generous, the girl reciprocated the kindness of the small rodents: for the shy Tatá, for example, she gave new clothes. But would the princess with the glass slipper have mouse friends in real life? We thought things would be a little different…

2. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs

What’s the special dish or treat that, when you see it, you can’t resist? For Snow White, it was an apple! The maiden gladly accepted the fruit that the Evil Queen, disguised as a harmless lady, offered to bewitch her.

The witch’s goal was to become the most beautiful woman of all. But imagine if this situation actually happened. Since childhood, we learn from our parents that we shouldn’t accept anything from strangers. Would the villain’s plan have worked in the real world?

3. Beauty and the Beast

Feelings are easy to change… Listening to this song is like being transported into a grand ballroom. Find a perfect match, take them by the hand and dance majestically. In that regard, Beauty and the Beast did not disappoint. With their elegant costumes and well-marked steps, the couple immortalized one of the most beautiful scenes in Walt Disney productions.

Dancing so gracefully looks effortless in the cartoon. But what would happen if we added a little bit of realism to this moment? In that long, layered dress, we think Belle would have a little more trouble holding the pose.

4. Lady and the Tramp

Who wasn’t enchanted by the romantic dinner of Lady and the Tramp, when the two dogs, coming from different worlds, share a delicious plate of spaghetti and meatballs?

Ah, nothing like sharing special moments with those we love! The famous scene is considered one of the most remarkable in the history of cinema. But, in the real world, would the “doguinhos” have all this generosity? Check it out!

5. Sleeping Beauty

Aurora was still a baby when she had her destiny traced by the vengeful Maleficent: on her 16th birthday, she would prick her finger on a bewitched spinning wheel, which would put her in a deep and eternal sleep. Unless a prince charming came along and kissed her, of course!

This is the kind of thing that only happens in children’s stories. Who in their right mind would touch an old needle, probably dusty and rusty, found in a dark basement? Let’s imagine how the sleeping princess would react in the real world!

6. The Little Mermaid

Ariel was sure she was born in the wrong place. The Little Mermaid was so fascinated by the world outside the water that she had a collection of the most diverse human objects she found at the bottom of the ocean. Mirrors, cutlery, music boxes and even books!

The redhead’s arsenal had it all. In real life, however, the princess of the seven seas would probably find very different items floating around. Maybe her admiration for humans wouldn’t be that great.

7. Rolled up

Even locked in a tower without knowing the outside world, Rapunzel managed to find some hobbies in her routine to distract herself. Her huge hair was a great ally and she had fun using it as a swing or a climbing rope, for example.

But, between you and me, who could keep locks that long in real life? Imagine the work that would be! Hours of dedication to keep it hydrated and silky, not to mention the expense of products that managed to handle so much volume. Outside of the fairytale universe, the princess of Tangled probably couldn’t carry that weight for long.
