1. Simple peanut milk
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cup raw, in-shell peanuts
- 1 liter of filtered water
Preparation mode
- In a bowl, place the washed peanuts and cover with water. Let it rest for 12 hours at room temperature;
- After that, drain the water and wash the peanuts well;
- Place the peanuts in a pan with water until covered and bring to a boil;
- When it boils, turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes;
- Strain, wash the peanuts and place in a blender with 1 liter of filtered water;
- Beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture, strain through a fine sieve and it’s ready!
2. Peanut milk with peanut butter
Ingredients
- 5 spoons of peanut butter
- 1 liter of hot water
Preparation mode
- In a blender, place the peanut butter and hot water;
- Let it beat for 5 minutes and enjoy!
3. Roasted peanut milk
Ingredients
- 500 g roasted peanuts
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 10 cups of hot water
- 1 pinch of salt

- In a bowl, cover the peanut with water and add the vinegar;
- Leave to soak in the fridge overnight;
- The next day, discard the water and wash the beans well;
- Divide the peanut into 3 parts;
- In a blender, blend 1/3 of the peanut with about 3 cups of hot water for 2 minutes or until you get a homogeneous mixture;

- 1/2 cup raw peanuts
- 1.2 l of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
Preparation mode
- Soak the peanuts for 8 to 12 hours;
- Drain the water and wash the peanuts well;
- In a blender, beat the peanuts with the water for 2 minutes;
- Strain the milk through a cloth to remove all the residue;
- Put the milk in a pan and bring to a boil for about 6 minutes or until you don’t feel the raw peanut taste.
- Turn off the heat, add the salt and sugar and it’s ready to eat.
5. Peanut milk with demerara sugar
Ingredients
- 1 cup of peanut
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup demerara sugar
- 1 liter of boiling water
Preparation mode
- Place the peanuts in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes;
- Mix the beans and repeat the process;
- Repeat the process again, but leaving the peanut only for 1 minute in the microwave;
- In a blender, add the roasted peanuts, salt and sugar. Beat until it turns into a cream;
- Add boiling water little by little and beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
6. Peanut milk with oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw peanuts
- 1 l of water
- 1 heaping tablespoon of oatmeal

- In a blender, beat the peanuts, water and oats for 5 minutes;
- Take the mixture to a pan and let it boil;
- After that, turn off the heat and let it rest for a few minutes;
- In a fabric, strain the milk and serve.
7. Peanut milk with oat and vanilla
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cup raw peanuts
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1 liter of boiling water
- 1 liter of filtered water
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation mode
- Soak the peanuts in filtered water for at least 12 hours;
- Then, drain the peanut water and place it in a pan with water until covered. Cook until boiling;
- Meanwhile, in a blender, beat the oats and boiling water until smooth;
- Then, strain the oat milk through a cloth and set aside;
- Drain the peanut water and let the beans rest for about 2 minutes;
- In the blender place the peanuts with the filtered water. Beat for a few seconds, then add the vanilla and salt. Whisk again until smooth;
- Strain the peanut milk into the voal. Finally, mix the oat milk with the peanut milk and you’re done!
