7 Effective Exercises to Smooth Wrinkles in Just 12 Minutes

“Facebuilding”, or facial training, helps the skin become more elastic and aligned. It also improves blood and lymph flow, eliminates puffiness and makes facial features more expressive. Doctors performed a 20-week experiment involving 16 women between 40 and 65 years of age. During this time, all participants did exercises for the muscles of the forehead, eyebrows, eyes, mouth and neck. The experiment showed that such exercises actually improved the skin of the face and reduced the visible signs of aging.

How it works?

Facial training can help eliminate nasolabial folds and wrinkles from forehead, eyes and lips. It really stretches the skin and gives it a youthful glow.

However, we must be clear that 2 days of facial exercises are not enough. But if you want to stick with the routine and work hard, you will notice the change. So let’s try!

O facebuilding consists of a series of exercises. Always start a routine with a warm up of the face with your hands. Pinch and release your eyelids, relax your face, plus frown and smile. Do this exercise at least 10 times in a row. Try not to stretch the skin of the face, but gently tighten it. Then rub your face with a warm towel and relax.

After warming up, start doing the following exercises.

Exercise 1: “A slight surprise”

Exercise 2: “Facing Eyes”

The “cheerful eyes” will help prevent wrinkles around the eyes.

Look from right to left. Then repeat this exercise from left to right, top to bottom and bottom to top. Only your eyes must move! The mandible remains immobile.

Repeat this exercise 5 times in each direction.

Exercise 3: “The”

Let’s eliminate those nasolabial folds!

Make your mouth in the shape of the letter “O”. You can even pronounce the sound of the letter “O” out loud.

Repeat this exercise 10 times.

Exercise 4: “Smile”

Keep your cheekbones and cheeks strong with this exercise.

Put your lips inside your mouth. Place your fingers on the corners of your lips and press lightly. Pull the corners of the lips towards the ears. Return to starting position.

Repeat this exercise 10 times.

Exercise 5: “Rebel”

The purpose of this exercise is to eliminate the double chin and increase muscle tone in the neck.

Stick your tongue out and point it up. Lift your head a little and turn it to the right. Lift your chin. Hold this position for 10 seconds. Then return to the starting position and repeat the same movement in the other direction.

Repeat this exercise 5 times in each direction.

The “eraser” exercise will help to eliminate horizontal wrinkles on the forehead.

Wrap your hands behind your head Then place them on the tip of the hair on your forehead. Go back a little with your hands. Put your lips in the shape of the letter “O” and look down. Hold this position for 10 seconds.

It is important to feel the tension in your forehead constantly while performing.

Repeat the exercise 20 times.
