7 beauty tips that help you rejuvenate

As we age, we experience skin changes ranging from wrinkles to blemishes. Some of these changes are a result of natural (intrinsic) aging, and not much can be done to combat them. On the other hand, we can influence the other type of aging (extrinsic), which is caused by our surroundings and the lifestyle we lead.

1. Carrot and egg mask

Grate a small carrot. Beat an egg, add some of the carrot and mix. Apply to the skin of the face and neck (previously washed) massaging gently with the fingers. Leave for 30 minutes and then rinse with cold water. At the end, apply moisturizing cream or almond oil.

You can apply this mask every day for 10 days. After that, give your skin a week rest and keep applying it 2-3 times a week. In just one month, the blemishes will diminish and your skin will be much healthier and more beautiful.

Take a spoonful of chopped parsley and mix it with a spoonful of lemon juice and a spoonful of oatmeal.

Gently apply to face and leave for 20 minutes. Afterwards, wash with cold water and apply a moisturizer. You can apply the mask every 2 days if your skin is oily or normal. If your skin is dry, apply twice a week. The mixture leaves the skin glowing, hydrated and healthy.

Place your index fingers under your eyebrows and your thumbs under your eyes. Look up and raise your eyebrows. Then slowly close your eyelids. Repeat the exercise several times.

Smooth horizontal forehead wrinkles

The index fingers of both hands should be placed on top of the eyebrows. Press the skin so that the eyebrows cannot move. Pull the corners of your eyebrows upward while frowning. Stay in the position for 5 seconds, then relax. Repeat the exercise 3 times.

Eliminate vertical forehead wrinkles

Press your fingers over your eyebrows and forehead and tighten your skin. Try moving your eyebrows as if you are frowning. Hold the position for 15 or 20 seconds. Relax and repeat the process 3 times.

5. Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is an excellent ingredient for lightening age spots, as it contains alpha hydroxy acids. Apply a little to the affected area and leave it overnight. If you like, mix it with some oil to prevent dryness.

6. Castor oil

Castor oil has many healing properties. Apply a few drops to your fingertips and massage into areas where age spots are present. Repeat the process in the mornings and afternoons every day. After a month, notice the changes.
