6 Perfect Oils to Help Fight Wrinkles

As we age, our skin begins to sag, wrinkle and lose elasticity. And while there are many products available on the market especially for the skin, something as simple as the oil you have in your pantry can go a long way. Although most fine lines and wrinkles begin to appear between the ages of 35 and 50, it’s always a good idea to start a skin care routine as soon as possible to prevent or delay this aging process.

we, from awesome.club, we believe skin care shouldn’t be unaffordable and expensive, so we’ve put together a list of six natural oils that can help you fight wrinkles and keep your skin smooth and healthy for longer. Check out!

avocado oil

Avocado oil is rich in fatty acids, good fats, omega 3 and vitamin A, substances that are very nourishing for the skin. And this oil is not only a great moisturizer, it also contains minerals and antioxidants that protect the skin from ultraviolet rays, one of the main factors responsible for aging.

To use avocado oil, combine:

two tablespoons of avocado oil, three to four drops of floral essential oil such as rose or lavender.

Put everything in a 30 gram pot. Gently shake the contents so that the ingredients mix, before applying to the face.

lemon oil

Lemon oil is used to treat acne and fungal problems. It is also an oil used in many anti-aging products because of its antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. Because it is a highly concentrated oil, lemon essential oils must first be diluted in a so-called carrier oil, such as grapeseed oil, coconut oil, or even olive oil. Studies also show that citrus oils react severely when exposed to the sun, causing burns, so it’s best to use them at night.

In a 50 ml bottle, mix:

50 ml carrier oil (we recommend extra virgin olive oil or grapeseed oil), three to five drops of lemon oil.

Gently shake the bottle before using the contents on the skin. For best results, use it at night only.

lavender oil

The scent of lavender promotes relaxation and the same effect is also observed on fine lines and wrinkles. Possessing many antioxidant, antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, lavender essential oil works wonders for acne and wrinkles.

In a small pot or bowl, mix:

a few drops of pure lavender essential oil, extra virgin coconut oil (or any other carrier oil you prefer).

Gently shake or shake the bottle and include it in your skin care routine.

Grape seed oil

Grape oil is produced from the seeds of pressed grapes, normally a by-product of wine production. The seeds are rich in vitamin E and polyunsaturated fats, making it a very nourishing oil for the skin.

You can apply grape seed oil directly to the skin and massage it in until it is fully absorbed.

carrot seed oil

Carrot seed oil is an essential oil obtained from cold-pressed carrot seeds. This oil is rich in anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties and also has anti-aging properties. With a high concentration of antioxidants, the oil also moisturizes and rejuvenates. Like other essential oils, carrot seed oil must first be diluted in a carrier oil before being used on the skin.

To use carrot seed oil, combine:

two teaspoons of carrier oil, such as almond or avocado, two drops of carrot seed oil.

Use your fingers or a cotton pad to apply the oil to the skin.

Olive oil

We know that olive oil is an essential ingredient for preparing various recipes, such as pasta, pizza and salads. But olives are rich in hydrating vitamins and antioxidants, so they’re great for reducing wrinkles and fine lines.

Simply dip a cotton ball in:

extra virgin olive oil, and add a few drops of fresh lemon juice (optional).

Apply the oil or mixture to your face before bed.

It’s important to note that everyone’s skin reacts differently to each type of oil, so it’s best to do a forearm test before applying the oil to any other part of the body.

Which oil did you want to try? Have you ever used any oil on your skin? We would love to know what your choice was and if you had good results! If you can, post your before and after photos in the comments.
