Not because they are exactly bad people – Bill, by the way, has an internationally recognized foundation. The point is that they had access to things that most mortals will not have to overcome in life.

Most people lead a normal life: they go to work, renovate the house, buy cars… The children attend school and in the summer the family travels to take vacation days. These are everyday activities in a life that would be considered comfortable by many people. But if going out to collect mushrooms is not the best leisure option in your opinion or if the idea of ​​having children scares you, you don’t have to look up to those who lead that kind of life. It’s never too late to start living the way you think is best for you. Meanwhile, don’t imitate those who don’t live as you would like to live.

Everyone, sooner or later, ends up crossing the path of someone who seems to have been born with their butt facing the moon. They have a good car (it may not even be new, but it was bought in cash), branded clothes and they live bragging about being independent.

These people consider themselves happy and love to give advice on how to live to anyone willing to listen. Guys like that seem great, until one day you actually get to know them. They are clear examples of convinced people who need many material things. With people like that, you learn nothing.

Or he dreamed of being a rock star with thousands of fans waiting for the release of new songs, or else a brave and determined policeman who disrupts the criminal plan of the villains. People like that really stand out, but they are not role models.

All this happens because nobody can become, for example, the new David Bowie, because he is unique and irreplaceable.

Imagining the life of a celebrity, watched all the time by the whole world is complicated. And understanding the life of an astronaut, who spends months living in a reduced space alongside other “confined” people, is no easy task either.

An example to follow must be possible, adequate to reality. Or at least have some clear foundation for practical life.

Perhaps this is the worst example to follow. All that separates us from the irrational animals are the dreams that we have and that we try to fulfill. Even if the dream is small, nothing grand, it is a sign that it is worth continuing to get out of bed in the morning.

If someone says that dreams are for idiots, it’s better to keep your distance. Such individuals are toxic, their views can even poison the existence of anyone around them.

Generally, people like this consider themselves realistic and can even achieve a lot of success in life: a good professional career and a nice family. The children of people of this type tend to grow up thinking that the meaning of life is to have this or that job, preferring to forget “nonsense” like “I would like to be a guitarist”. However, a person without dreams is dead. Therefore, there is not the slightest reason to listen to someone like that.
