5 Great Ways to Break a Hex or Curse

Do you think you’ve been cursed? Do you want to know how to break a hex? Cleanse yourself of negative energy and empower yourself to move forward in your life with these 5 simple hex breakers.

Are hexes and curses real? Short answer: yes.

Long answer: Hexes and curses are like energetic cold and flu bugs. They are essentially vibrational patterns that affect the personal energy field in undesirable and challenging ways.

What is the difference? Well, hexes are spells cast on others with malicious intent. Curses are similar, but are generally less formal, as they are set in motion when someone simply thinks or speaks a bad wish against another. Curses can be generational or personal – meaning they can come from your ancestry, a parent, or be unique to you – and both generational and personal curses can be broken.

But just like you don’t get the flu every time you’re with someone close to the flu, spells and ill wishes don’t automatically turn into hexes or curses. This only happens when you are vulnerable because your energetic immune system happens to be weak. (And you can easily keep it up with regular meditations like this one.)

But if you suspect you Became jinxed or cursed, should you freak out now?

nope! No panic. Never Panic. Take a deep breath. Then take another and remember that you are the power in your own life. You absolutely have the ability to change your own energy for the better. She can break this hex.

Without further ado, here’s how to break a hex or curse.

Hex or Curse Breaker #1: The Lemon Cure

For the Lemon Heal, ascend on the morning of a full moon between sunrise and hour after sunrise. Cut a lemon in half and sprinkle each half with sea salt. Sweep your aura with one half and then the other half (much like using an energetic lint brush about 6 to 12 inches from your skin) and then place both halves face up on your altar. The next morning, again between sunrise and one hour after sunrise, dispose of the halves in a garden waste, trash, or compost bin. Then repeat the whole process with a new lemon. Repeat for 12 days to break curses or hexes.

Hexes or Cursebreakers #2: The Saltwater Cure

If you are intuitively attracted to the salt water regimen, consider a warm or hot bath. Add 1 cup Epsom salt, 1 cup sea salt, and 1/4 cup baking soda and stir the water counterclockwise to dissolve. Before entering the water, hold your hands in a prayer position and say, “Divine Spirit, thank you for filling this water with vibrations of healing, purification, and love.” Imagine the water as filled and surrounded by dazzling light white light. Then get in and let it soak for at least 40 minutes. Feel and sense the hex or curse being broken, neutralizing and dissolving as it soaks. And stay hydrated while soaking: make sure you have plenty of drinking water on hand.

Hex or Curse Breaker #3: The Angel Cure

Wear Angel Break your hex or curse with the Angel Cure. First, get a celestite crystal. Clean it by exposing it to bright sunlight for 5-10 minutes. Hold it close to your heart with both hands while centering your mind. Then say:

Archangel Michael, I am calling you. Thank you for powerfully freeing and cleansing me of any stuck or challenging energies. Archangel Haniel, I am calling you. Thank you for tuning me into the frequencies of purity, harmony and peace. Thank you thank you thank you. Blessed be. And thats how it is.

Keeping the crystal with you for a full moon cycle will help dispel the curse or hex completely. Clean it in the sun every few days.

Hex or Curse Breaker #4: The Selenite and White Sage Cure

Selenite Crystals and White Sage are both powerful detoxifiers and can help clear old energy patterns or vibrational residue associated with personal or generational curses or hexes. Using a selenite wand, sweep your energy field down and out about 6 to 12 inches from your skin. Then light a bundle of sage so it smokes like incense and thoroughly bathe your aura in the smoke by waving the sage around the outside of your body, again 6-12 inches from your skin. (This is called “smudging” if you didn’t know.) Be sure to catch any burning embers with a bowl or plate. Then safely extinguish the sage by sealing it in a jar.

Hex or Curse Breaker #5: The Rose Overdose Cure

Roses can help break your hex or curse because they are among the highest and purest vibrations of any living being. For the Rose Overdose Cure, draw a warm bath. Add 1/4 cup of rose water and the petals of 12 white roses. Soak for at least 40 minutes. After drying, place 4 drops of rose petal essence under the tongue. ( Please note that flower essences are very different from essential oils as they are safe to take internally In case you are not familiar with the difference, here is an example of a rose petal essence.) Place another 4 drops under your tongue just before bed. For the next 28 days, place 2 drops of rose petal essence under the tongue each morning upon waking and each evening just before bed.

Not sure which one to choose?

Cut out 5 small squares of paper of the same size. Now you will draw simple representations of each healing. (Don’t worry if you’re not an artist – as long as you can see it, it’s fine.) Draw a lemon on one. On another, draw a simple wave to represent water. Draw angel wings on the next. The last two are a leaf (to represent sage) and a rose.

Put her in a hat. Say a prayer for guidance and ask the Divine to show you which healing will be most effective in breaking the hex or curse. Use hand to blend them and draw one.

Then flip over a shiny penny to see if that helps you do an extra heal. If they are heads, the answer is yes. If it’s tails, no. Select up to three in this way. (More than three would be an exaggeration.)

If you happen to choose a combination of lemon, rose, and angel cures, do them in tandem: don’t wait one month and then start the next.

If you happen to choose both the salt water and the rose, make the salt water bathe first. Then wait a full 24 hours before beginning the rose cure.

The Selenite and White Sage healing can be done before (and on the same day as) any other healing.
