WHAT TIPS WOULD YOU GIVE TO THOSE WHO WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GAIN MORE MUSCLE DEFINITION?

“For those who want aesthetic results, they need to train at least four times a week with the aim of gaining muscle. Because the more your muscle gets stronger, the more the body spends energy to maintain it. Consequently, you use fat as one of your energy sources, making your muscles more apparent.”

WHAT OTHER VARIABLES ARE IMPORTANT TO GUARANTEE RESULTS IN TRAINING?

“Sports car, no fuel, doesn’t drive like it should! Likewise, a body without a healthy diet has no expected result. Also, if there is no rest, your muscle will not recover. You build your muscles when you’re resting, sleeping, not when you’re training, breaking down muscle fibers. That is why rest and nutrition are very important for anyone who wants a healthy and defined body.”

AND WHAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF PROFESSIONAL FOLLOW-UP FOR TRAINING?

“If you want to be guided by a professional who knows what he’s doing, you’re already thousands of steps ahead of anyone who doesn’t have a follow-up. Training, mainly bodybuilding, are details, a wrong posture, a crooked movement, a breath out of time… All of them directly interfere with your result. If you don’t have a professional by your side, you can seriously injure yourself and impair your performance forever.”
