4 steps to increase your vital energy and connect

The Tao considers that sexual energy or jing it is the source of all life and creativity in all its expressions. It is a basic resource that can be first transformed into chi or vital breath and then in shen or spiritual force, the other two ways in which people accumulate energy according to this philosophy.

How energy is stimulated step by step

In sexual alchemy the work is carried out in four phases or steps. You start with the first one and, as the practice is consolidated, you move on to the next one and so on.

1. Learn not to waste your energy
