Method of preparation:

300g unpeeled gala apple; 240g peeled carrots; 240 ml filtered water; 150g unpeeled green apple; 60g peeled beets; 60 ml orange-pear juice; 30 ml lime juice.

Method of preparation:

Sanitize all fruits. Cut the fruits into small cubes and extract the juices from the citrus. Take all the ingredients to the blender and beat for about five minutes.

Strain all the juice through a thick sieve and then through a fine sieve. Put it in the bottles and take it to the cooler.

Note: Straining through two sieves is very important for correct filtering of the juice, which should not contain traces of fruit.
