Protective accessories get dirty after every workout and absorb sweat. However, many forget or do not know how to wash them. It is easier to use a washing machine: beforehand, attach a piece of Velcro, place the equipment in a special bag, pillowcase or cover, use a mild detergent and choose a delicates washing mode. Also, in the washing machine you can wash the sports backpacks.

Rubber mats also need to be cleaned regularly. Just place them together with the towels in the delicate washing mode and do not use detergents. The most important thing is to remember that these items should only be washed in cold water and left to air dry.

Many bacteria are found on your child’s stuffed animals, so don’t forget to wash them. Study its composition in advance: if there is a synthetic filling inside the toy, then you can use the washing machine without fear.
