15 Mistakes In The Series “Stranger Things” That Seem From “Another World”

Stranger Things is one of the most viewed series on Netflix in recent years. In just four seasons, it has become a favorite of many fans, for its story that transits in several dimensions and for the cast of charismatic young people. Despite being a multimillion-dollar production, it still has some errors that the most observant could notice.

O awesome.club selected some of the oversights of the series so that we can confirm that no one escapes the “strange things” that occur daily.

1. Barbara’s car

The car that Barbara drives, one of the Demogorgon’s first victims in the first season, was not manufactured until the year 1988. The series is set in 1983, so such a vehicle did not yet exist.

2. The walkie talkies

The walkie-talkies that the characters use to communicate weren’t sold until 1985, two years after the show’s first season begins.

3. Natalie’s bag

In a certain scene, Natalie argues with her mother and locks herself in her room. However, you can see how her arm bag changes position from one second to the next.

4. The school bus

The bus in which the characters take refuge in some moments of the first season is a Blue Bird TC 2000, manufactured from 1998 to 2003, many years after the time in which the facts take place.

5. The firing line

6. The breakfast table

In the second season, in the scene where Once and Hopper have breakfast, the actress’s position and the elements of the table change between takes.

7. Sweat stains

At the beginning of the fifth episode of the second season, Will has a vision of “the other side” that wakes him all shaken from his dream. We can see several times, in the same scene, how his shirt goes from completely wet to dry.

8. The missing walkie-talkie

Upon finding a creature in the bathroom, Will runs out and drops his walkie-talkie, but when the others come in to get it, the device no longer appears.

9. The Red M&M’s

In a scene from season three, set in 1985, we see that Will offers Once some of his M&M’s as a peace offering. It can be seen briefly that some are red in color. This is a historic mistake, as Mars, the company producing the sweet, stopped production of the red color in 1976, due to a controversy with the dye used, and only in 1987 did it resume production.

10. The shirt pocket

In season three, when Alexei is running away from Hopper, you can see how the picture has been reversed. When the character is running, the shirt pocket is on the right side, but changes to the left when we see him from the front.

11. The container

12. The banana peel

When Steve is eating a banana in season three, he throws the skin on the table, but seconds later, the fruit is still in his hand.

13. The Magic Burger

In season three, Bruce’s hamburger, Natalie’s boss at the newspaper, changes from one second to the next. First, the meat is on top of the other ingredients, and a moment later, it’s below.

14. Once ignores Mike

In season three, when they are sitting in the hospital waiting, Eleven tries to ignore Will, stops reading her magazine and turns to the left, but in the next scene, her head is turned towards the magazine again and she walks away from Will. again.

15. Will’s Forgotten Birthday

In the fourth season, the protagonists go through a day full of mixed feelings, but Will is the one who suffers the most. In one scene, we see that the date is March 22nd and, remembering what we saw in the second season, we know that this is Will’s birthday. And nobody remembered! Even the producers of the series declared that they completely forgot about this fact.
