15 Indoor plants that bring good energy and are great for health

A NASA study indicated that formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, trichlorethylene and ammonia are dangerous elements that can be found in almost every home. Furthermore, it revealed that the best alternative to fight these and other pollutants are plants.

O awesome.club You know that indoor plants are much more than decoration objects. So we decided to bring some types that help purify the air and are very good for our health.

1. Jasmine

Jasmine can greatly affect our mental health because of a substance that relieves anxiety, regulates mood swings, improves sleep quality and, in larger amounts, improves immunity and can increase libido.

2. Chlorophyte

These plants are great against formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, and other toxic airborne impurities that are often found in paper bags, napkins, and synthetic fabrics. If you’re not a big fan of plants, chlorophytum is a great solution because it doesn’t require a lot of care.

3. Peace lily

The peace lily is widely used for decoration, mainly for its white flowers, but its strength goes far beyond aesthetics. This type of plant is great for purifying the air: it absorbs ammonia, formaldehyde and trichlorethylene, which makes the air inside your home much cleaner. Plus, it produces pollen and a floral scent (if you have pollen-related allergies, be careful).

4. Sword of Saint George
