11 fantastic natural shampoo recipes for you to make at home

1 – Anti-dandruff baking soda shampoo

  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda;
  • 1 glass of filtered water.

Mix the bicarbonate of soda with the water and apply it on the head, massaging the scalp well. After a few moments, rinse.

2 – Nourishing anti-residue lemon and cucumber shampoo

Peel the lemon and cucumber and place them in a food processor to form a smooth, thick paste. Apply this paste on the hair and then remove the mixture with plenty of water.

3 – Cornstarch shampoo for fine hair

  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda;
  • 1 glass of filtered water;
  • 3 tablespoons of corn starch.

Mix all ingredients, apply to damp hair, wait a few minutes and rinse. For the most satisfying results, try to use this mixture at least once a week.

4 – Coconut shampoo for damaged and brittle hair

  • 1/4 cup of coconut milk;
  • 1/3 cup of mild baby shampoo;
  • 1 tablespoon of almond oil.

Shake all the ingredients in a container until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Then just pass over damp hair and rinse.

5 – Cognac and honey shampoo for dry hair

  • 1/2 cup of neutral children’s shampoo;
  • 1 tablespoon of honey;
  • 1 small glass of cognac.

Mix the ingredients, pass over wet hair in warm water, wait about eight minutes and rinse hair with cold water.

6 – Olive oil and almond shampoo for swimmers

  • 1/2 liter of water;
  • 120 grams of zested olive oil soap – known as Castile, can be found in health food stores;
  • 1/4 cup of almond oil.

Boil the water, pour it over the soap shavings and stir until it dissolves. Add almond oil to the liquid formed. Wait for it to cool down a little and pour the mixture over hair that has suffered from the action of chlorine or the sea. After a few moments, rinse your hair.

7 – Rosemary shampoo to give shine to the hair

  • 1/4 cup of water;
  • 2 tablespoons of dried rosemary;
  • 1/4 cup liquid olive oil soap – known as Castile, can be found at health food stores;
  • 2 tablespoons of almond oil.

Infuse rosemary in water. When a tea is formed, strain and add the rest of the ingredients. Then just use this mixture in the same way as your everyday shampoo.

8 – Aloe vera and lemon shampoo for oily hair

  • 1 cup liquid olive oil soap – known as Castile, can be found at health food stores;
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice;
  • 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel.

Mix all the ingredients and apply on the hair, mainly on the scalp region. Wait for it to act and then rinse.

9 – Almond and shikakai shampoo for hair growth

  • 100 grams of grated almond soap;
  • 2 teaspoons of shikakai powder;
  • 1/2 cup of water.

Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend until it forms a homogeneous paste. Apply on washed hair, put a cap on the hair and let it act. Afterwards, remove the cap and rinse thoroughly the hair massaging or scalp.

10 – Herbal shampoo to make hair straight

  • 500 grams of shikakai;
  • 250 grams of fenugreek;
  • 200 grams of curry leaves;
  • 200 grams of basil leaves;
  • 100 grams of grated almond soap.

Place all the ingredients in a food processor until a powder forms. Store in a well-sealed bottle and every time you use it, mix the powder with a little filtered water and apply to the hair, which must be rinsed in sequence.

11 – Cornstarch dry shampoo

  • 2 tablespoons of corn starch;
  • 1 soft brush.

Apply cornstarch to the scalp and along the length of the hair, which must be dry. Brush until all the white powder is out of the head and strands.
