What can happen if you wear underwear all day

For many people, not wearing underwear can seem like a very unusual attitude. After all, we are used to wearing them under our clothes and many don’t even take them off at night. But giving them up occasionally can be beneficial to your health and involves many more things than your personal comfort.

Although synthetic fabrics look more attractive than cotton, they are not breathable and trap sweat and moisture around your private parts. If you don’t take a break from wearing underwear every now and then, the combination of sweat and humidity can cause skin irritation and even lead to yeast and urinary tract infections.

Synthetic fibers trap sweat and bacteria inside the garment, and this combination can result in unpleasant body odor. To avoid a strong smell in this area, try to avoid wearing underwear from time to time, this will allow the sweat to evaporate, minimizing the bad smell.

Even if you’re not used to not wearing underwear, doing so every now and then can be a good idea if you’re experiencing any skin irritation or chafing in your private parts. Underwear that is too tight and made from synthetic fabrics can irritate delicate skin and even lead to injuries and infections. To avoid this unpleasant feeling, try to wear loose clothing and occasionally not wear underwear.

Your favorite pink or purple underwear is certainly beautiful, but the artificial dyes in the fabrics can cause irritation, bumps and rashes. If you never stop wearing underwear, constant exposure to chemicals from textile dyes can lead to more serious infections.
