Last year, I was forced to change schools, I didn’t want that at all, but then I realized that this was the best choice, because I met a boy who changed my life completely.

Many things happened during the year, we became great friends, we spent every break together and we had the same friends, in other words, we never left each other apart.

Everything was nothing more than a beautiful friendship, until one day, on my birthday, he arrived late at school, went to my class (we were in different classes) and asked the teacher to let me come out to talk to him.

When I left, he hugged me. Later, at break, we passed by some flowers at the school and he took one out to give me. That day, I realized that I didn’t just like him, I loved him.

Even though I already knew this, I didn’t tell anyone. Over time, both my love for him and his for me became impossible to hide.

In November, during interclass, I wrote the following sentence on a piece of paper with chocolates glued on it: “Would you happen to agree to have a serious relationship with me?” Thus, our love story became an official relationship and, on June 5th, we completed seven months of dating.

We met in a Whatsapp group at the end of 2016, he always tried to talk to me, but I found him unbearable, I didn’t even respond.

Until on 03/21/2018 he spoke to me again sending me a random audio (a song was playing in the background that said: will you be my girlfriend?) I thought it was stupid, but I responded with *kkkkkkk*

I ended up changing my opinion, I even thought he was cool, but we didn’t talk much. One day I felt like talking to him, I called him and we started talking.

Result: we never stopped talking, we became friends and, after a while, he said he liked me. I ended up getting confused, since he lived 3000 km away, I thought it wouldn’t work, but I ended up agreeing to start a relationship.

And so it continued: he lived in the South and I lived in Maranhão, we always talked, we watched series via phone call, we made video calls, whatever…

We decided to get to know each other: we bought a ticket for August 9, 2018, but it didn’t work out and he canceled, at the time, we had been together for 4 months. We didn’t speak for days, as I had caused this, I decided to call him and we started talking again.

In May 2019, another attempt to buy a ticket, and? It was wrong! Every time it went wrong, we doubted whether our meeting would really happen. Until I got a temporary job in July, then another opportunity to see each other came up.

On my first payment, I managed to buy the ticket, it was “just happiness”. But as I worked from Tuesday to Sunday, this ended up putting a strain on the relationship, as we didn’t talk like we used to and we started to have doubts.

At the time, I was 22 and he was 23, but as he worked a steady job, we decided that I would go, but my mother didn’t really like the idea, but I prayed to God that I would be able to go and that nothing would stop me if I went. His will. She ended up leaving, because she realized that I wouldn’t give up.

Over time, our parents talked and the situation became calmer. On November 22, 2019, I traveled alone for the first time by plane. At that time, we had been together for 1 year and 8 months.

My flight was in the early hours of the morning and the expected arrival time was 3:25 pm the other day, in Caxias do Sul-RS, however, because of the fog I was unable to get off in Caxias but in Porto Alegre.

Detail: my boyfriend was already waiting for me at Caxias airport and I had to tell him that I wasn’t going to get off there, he understood and went home.

I was very lost, as I didn’t know anyone and didn’t know how to get out of Porto Alegre airport. Until the flight company offered a bus to take passengers to Caxias do Sul.

While I was waiting for my bag in the arrivals area, everyone was already leaving except me. Then, I met a girl who was waiting with me, let’s say it was an angel who appeared there.

I managed to get my suitcase and we went to look for the buses, another struggle to find these damn things, until we found them and boarded them. I arrived in Caxias do Sul at 8:15 pm and waited for him to arrive, then it was just joy.

He brought me flowers, a box of chocolate and asked me to be his girlfriend again, only this time in person.

On March 21, 2020, we completed 2 years of dating. I’ve been living with him for 6 months, since I ended up staying here. Then he will meet my family in person. We even bought our rings from you, but it was through the Mercado Livre website.
